Writing a Diary



So I released a new podcast episode today. I told myself I would be more intentional and apply 3 techniques for self care.

1. Waking up early to have some alone time.

2. Drinking more water, being more active or even a new skin or hair routine.

3. Going to bed early.

Today I feel like an accomplished Momma. Maybe it's because work was not hectic or because I set a goal and stuck to it. Either way, here I am on a Monday not complaining about a Monday, but being intentional, grateful and aware.

It's in Mom-ents like these I can hear God a little clearer, focus on my goals and do the work.
